Sample Shop Shipping Policy
1. Duties, VAT, and Taxes
EU: When shipping orders within the EU, you will be charged based on the VAT of your shipping country.
UK & Canada: Upon entry into your country you will not pay duties but you will pay VAT for your country. Assembly has a REX number which confirms that you will not be charged duties. If you are a business, you can claim back the tax applied to your bill when managing your taxes.
Rest of world: Please note that depending on your order and country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order, for which Assembly cannot accept liability. The refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order. Transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
2. Lost or stolen packages
Once the package has left our facility in Portugal - we are not responsible for any lost or stolen goods. Please verify the shipping address you input matches your correct location. Many times, packages are marked delivered before they actually are – give it a few days for it to arrive. If you still have not received it, we recommend opening a claim with the shipping company. We do not file claims on behalf of customers for missing packages.
3. Opened/damaged packages
If your package is damaged or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the item(s) inside. Please submit a claim with the courier used to ship your order and you must contact us at sales@rovoassembly.com within 24 hours of receiving the package.
4. Undelivered packages
If a package is undeliverable and returned to us, we are unable to re-ship it without an additional shipment payment from the customer.
Bulk Shipping Policy
1. General shipping information
Once an order has been placed and paid for, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
Please note:
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Quoted delivery days displayed at checkout are estimated transit times after your order has been shipped.
Assembly is not responsible for courier shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages. We do not compensate for delivery delays.
Shipping methods may change without further notice based on current available shipping service and/or as we see fit on a case by case basis.
To ensure the health and safety of our staff and supply chain, please anticipate longer fulfilment times. If you placed an order and received an order confirmation email, your order is currently in process and you will get a shipping confirmation as soon as it ships.
All shipping rates are subject to change without notice.
Packages will be shipped via TNT Fedex, UPS, or DHL
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to p.o. box, apo, or fpo addresses.
For any updates on your order about shipping please get in touch with us through email via sales@rovoassembly.com or refer to your tracking number that you’ll receive once the production is ready to ship.
2. Shipping within the European Union
Estimated shipping costs will be calculated individually based on volumetric weight at the end of the ordering process.
Final shipping costs are calculated after the order has undergone final quality control and is ready to ship, based on volumetric weight. You will be invoiced for the shipping cost with the final invoice.
Once your order has been shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within approx. 2–10 business days, depending on the shipping method
3. Shipping International
Estimated shipping costs will be calculated individually based on volumetric weight at the end of the ordering process (excluding taxes and duties).
Final shipping costs are calculated after the order has undergone final quality control and is ready to ship, based on volumetric weight. You will be invoiced for the shipping cost with the final invoice (excluding taxes and duties).
Depending on the destination country and courier, international orders can take between 2–21 business days to deliver, depending on the shipping method.

USA: No duties will apply for orders under 800 USD. For all orders over 800 USD, orders are subject to 16.5% duties (dependent on HS code) and will be billed separately at checkout. We ship DDP into the US on all orders, and will invoice based on your overall total.
